Performance measurements to advocate corporate values
The company shall award the Quarterly Excellent Performance Prize and Improvement Prize on quarterly basis, and choose Yearly Excellent Staff and Excellent Team at each year-end. The company shall choose, award and encourage the qualified staff in compliance with the company's Codes of Integrity, Innovation and Practice, which is the important measure to advocate corporate values and guide the staff to make progress for this goal.

The company shall carry out such internal activities as staff satisfaction survey, heartful mutual care, HAPPY DAY and so on aperiodically, which mainly aims at the emphasis on the staff needs and advocations of mutual assistance in team, appreciation in heart and harmonious progress made together.

Fantastic New Year's Party
At the December end of each year, the New Year's Party shall be held to perform yearly commendation, staff talent show, interactive games, improvisational prize draw and other activities, which is a stage to totally release the hard pressures in the old year and set sail for the new year.
